Meet Our Doctor & Staff

Dr. Jeanine Jacco-Labrada graduated from Penn State in 1992 and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1996. After graduation from optometry school, Dr. Jacco-Labrada worked at a local eyecare chain where she met and worked with Traci. In 2001, Dr. Jacco-Labrada opened a practice in Flanders where herself and Traci worked until 2017 when they left to open Vision Associates of Hackettstown. Dr. Jacco-Labrada is passionate about eye care and her patients eye health. She really takes the time to sit and work with every patient ensuring they are receiving the best possible care which they deserve. Dr. Jacco-Labrada's amazing bed side manner along with her care and compassion for her patients is what has created long lasting relationships with many of her patients over the last 25+ years.

Traci started working in eye care while in high school around 1998. During that time, she met and worked with Dr. Labrada at a local eyecare chain. In 2001, Dr. Labrada opened her own practice in Flanders where they both worked together for the next 16 years. In 2017 they split from that practice and opened Vision Associates of Hackettstown. As the practice manager, Traci handles all of the medical insurance inquires, billing and frame buying for the practice. If you have a billing or frame question, Traci is the one to see! 

Kristen Bressan briefly worked with Dr. Jacco-Labrada and Traci in Flanders before leaving to have her son in 2015. Kristen joined the team at VAOH in December 2018. Kristen's positive attitude and big smile makes our patient's feel welcome and comfortable while in the office. Kristen supervises the front desk and makes sure it is running efficiently for staff members and patients. Kristen is trained, and is the main contact person, for the Lumenis Optilight machine and treatments. If you are having dry eye issues, ask Kristen about the Lumenis treatment plans we offer. Kristen also helps the patients with pretesting, contact lens orders, contact lens insertion & removal as well as picking out the best eyewear for all our patient's faces. 

 Debbie O'Connell previously worked with Dr. Jacco-Labrada and Traci in Flanders before leaving in 2013. Deb was working for an Ophthalmology office in Randolph where she worked for the past 7 years before finally rejoined the team at VAOH in May of 2021. Deb's constant smile and cheerful attitude is something our patients really enjoy. Debbie will help our patients with pretesting, contacts, contact lens insertion & removal, and frame selections. As well as helping the patients understand their vision benefits. 

Shannon joined our office in Feb. 2024 and has been a wonderful addition to our VAOH team! Shannon previously worked in eyecare for a few years before joining our staff in February. Shannon has a background in medical assisting and utilizes her knowledge & skills while helping our patients. Shannon's kindness and compassion for people are some of those many skills! Shannon preforms the patients pretesting, frame selections, contact orders and contact lens insertion & removal training. 

Ranie joined our office in Feb. 2024 and has proved to be a great addition to our team! Ranie previously worked in eyecare for a few years before joining us here at VAOH. Ranie is always pleasant and greets everyone with a smile. She is outgoing and friendly which really helps to make the patients feel comfortable! Ranie preforms the patients pretesting, contact lens insertion & removal training, as well as helping the patients pick out their new eyewear and order their contact lenses.
